Hong Kong Delivery

• The Ritual Reward: Enjoy FREE SF Express delivery on orders over HK$499 (net total after discounts).

• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of HK$30 applies to orders under HK$499.
(Note: Additional surcharges may apply for Outlying Islands or specific Remote Areas per SF Express official guidelines.)

• The Greener Path: We strongly encourage choosing SF Store or Locker Pickup. This helps us reduce “last-mile” carbon emissions and allows you to collect your ritual at your convenience.

• Processing: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship to Hong Kong and Taiwan. For other regions, please contact us for a custom quote. Customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes.

• Cancellations: To minimize our carbon footprint through efficient fulfillment, cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of order placement. Please WhatsApp us immediately.

• Amendments: Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee changes to items or addresses. Please double-check your details at checkout.

• Eligibility: Refunds or exchanges are only processed for damaged, defective, or expired products reported within 7 days of delivery.

• Hygiene & Safety: As a personal-care brand, we prioritize hygiene. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind once an order has shipped.

• Condition: Items must be unused, unrinsed, and in original packaging with seals intact.

• The Reward: Return eligible, empty, full-size Drift Bottles for HK$20 Skreenie credit per bottle.

• Eligibility: Applies to bottles purchased directly from skreen.hk or official Skreen pop-ups.

• Condition: Bottles must be rinsed, dried, and free of significant damage or hard water spots.

• Rights: Skreen reserves the right to determine the final eligibility of credits rewards based on bottle condition.

• Data Collection: We collect only necessary data (name, contact, address) to fulfill your orders and improve your Skreen experience.

• Security: We comply with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Your data is encrypted and never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Your Rights: You may request to view, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us.

• Personal Use: Products are intended for individual use and may not be resold without authorization.

• Medical Disclaimer: Skreen products are for cosmetic use only. They are not intended to diagnose or treat medical skin conditions. We always recommend a patch-test before full use. Skreen is not liable for individual allergic reactions or sensitivities.

• Pricing: Prices are in HKD and are subject to change based on ingredient sourcing and climate-adaptive innovations.

• Order Right: We reserve the right to refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud or stock discrepancies.

• Governing Law: These policies are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
