At Skreen, we pour our hearts into creating lightweight, climate-adaptive formulas, proudly made in Hong Kong. Our products are designed to shield against pollution, humidity, and urban stressors while embracing sustainability through reusable Drift Bottles, our products reflect our commitment to quality and care. Because our products are personal-care items, we prioritize hygiene and quality assurance. While we cannot accept open returns, we are committed to being transparent and supportive if something isn't right.

Eligible for Refund or Exchange

We process refunds or exchanges only in the following cases:

Arrival Damage


The product arrives leaking, broken, or with significant damage that affects its use.

Manufacturing Defect


A clear fault in the product or packaging.

Freshness Guarantee


In the rare event a product arrives past its expiration.

Important Notes


  • Change of Mind: As part of our commitment to “Source Reduction,” we encourage mindful purchasing. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind once an order is shipped.
  • Personal Sensitivity: Skincare is deeply personal. We always recommend patch-testing on a small area first. As everyone’s skin is unique, individual sensitivities or allergies are not covered by our refund policy.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for any damaged, defective, or expired items.

Return

Once approved, please initiate the return within 7 days of our confirmation.

Condition Requirements

To ensure hygiene and safety, returned items must be:


  • Unused & Unopened: Seal must be intact; no product should be dispensed.
  • Original State: In original packaging with all labels attached.
  • Unaltered: Items must be unrinsed and in the condition they were received.

WhatsApp us at +852 6208 6676 (Mon–Fri, 10am–6pm HKT) with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A Brief description

Step 2

Ship It

Once approved, pack the item securely. Drop it off at any Hong Kong Post location using our prepaid envelope — return shipping is on us.

Step 3

Verification

Once received, we will verify the condition within 1–2 weeks.


Exchange: Your replacement will be sent out immediately.

Refund: Issued to your original payment method (original shipping fees are excluded).

 Important Notes

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Official Channels: Only purchases made via skreen.hk or official Skreen pop-ups are eligible. For third-party purchases, please contact the retailer directly.
  • Skreenie Credits: Any $20 Skreenie credits used will be refunded as credits and cannot be converted to cash.
  • International Orders: Return shipping may apply; please contact us for specific instructions.
  • Empty Bottles: Used or empty bottles do not qualify for a refund but are perfect for our Drift Bottle Program.
