At Skreen, we believe your skincare ritual should be stress-free from the moment you click "order." To ensure your climate-adaptive essentials arrive safely, your orders will be sent via SF Express for fully tracked, reliable delivery across Hong Kong.

 Shipping Rates

The Ritual Reward (Orders HK$499+): Enjoy FREE SF Express delivery when you spend HK$499 or more (net total after discounts/credits).

Standard Delivery (Orders under HK$499): A flat rate of HK$30 applies to all other orders.

Delivery Time: Usually 1–2 working days after dispatch. Orders placed before 2 PM HKT on working days are typically processed the same or next day.

Choose the Greener Path (Your Options)

At checkout, you can choose how you receive your Skreen package:

SF Locker / Station Pickup: (Recommended) Help us reduce “last-mile” carbon emissions by picking up your parcel at your convenience. This is the most eco-friendly way to receive your Drift Bottles!

Door-to-Door Delivery: Direct to your home or office for maximum convenience.

 Important Notes & Limitations

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your SF Store code or home address is 100% correct. We cannot be held liable for delays or reshipment fees caused by incorrect details.

  • Weight Limit: Free shipping applies to orders up to 2kg. For bulk orders exceeding 2kg, we will contact you via WhatsApp to discuss shipping adjustments.

  • Force Majeure: While we strive for speed, delays may occur during extreme weather (Typhoon 8+, Black Rainstorm) or public holidays.

  • Hong Kong Only: We currently only ship within Hong Kong SAR. For international inquiries, please contact our team directly.

Drift Bottle Return Program – Our Circular Commitment

  • The Reward: Return eligible, empty, full-size Drift Bottles for HK$20 Skreenie credit per bottle.

  • Eligibility: Applies to bottles purchased directly from skreen.hk or official Skreen pop-ups.

  • Condition: Bottles must be rinsed, dried, and free of significant damage or hard water spots.

  • Rights: Skreen reserves the right to determine the final eligibility of credits rewards based on bottle condition.
